Snowshoe to Joffre Lakes, BC, Canada on a sunny Spring day featuring frozen lakes, snow, mountains, glaciers, blazing sun, and rosy cheeks! I find Joffre on a cold, clear winter day (early spring actually) to be more scenic than summer. The snow also allows more wandering around into the valleys of the upper lake. Classic west coast snowshoeing!
