Snowshoe trip to Elfin Lakes cabin, Jan 2014. The low hanging clouds and fog parted as we crested Round Mountain, then an ethereal light glowed off the fresh snow as we hiked along Paul Ridge. A full moon rose into the evening sky as we returned from the Elfin Lakes cabin.
