Joffre Lakes 2016

We enjoy another snowshoe trip but with a specific goal – to photograph frozen soap bubbles. However, to blow bubbles and allow them to freeze requires darn cold temperatures. We decide that Joffre Lakes will offer winter splendour and frigid conditions but despite the -15C temperature manage to deplete the entire soap container with only one bubble floating away in a frozen state.
